- The Role:This role is for an IT support specialist handling first- and second-level support for customers using Apple devices.
- The Person:The person will handle support tickets, solve common IT issues, support users with macOS, iOS and Apple devices, set up and configure Apple devices, visit customers on-site, and document solutions in the knowledge base.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has first experience in IT support or completed IT training, good knowledge of macOS and iOS, very good German and good English skills, or Spanish and English, and a valid driver’s license.

We are looking for a friendly and reliable IT Support Specialist to join our team in Palma, Mallorca.
As part of #teamjemix, you will support our customers in their daily IT work. You will be one of their first contacts for technical questions and help them solve common IT issues quickly and professionally.

Your profile
