About the Role
We're hiring a RevOps Architect to lead technical strategy and systems execution across client engagements. You'll serve as the technical owner for assigned accounts, driving discovery, solution design, and implementation of CRM and RevOps infrastructure to optimize go-to-market performance.

This is a full-time role open to candidates across Latin America. You must be highly fluent in English (C2), comfortable owning client communications, and experienced in building and maintaining scalable CRM systems in Salesforce and HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery, scoping sessions, and systems audits for client CRM and RevOps environments

  • Architect and implement CRM automations, configurations, and integrations supporting marketing, sales, and CS teams

  • Translate business needs into scalable, multi-platform solutions

  • Own and manage technical workstreams from discovery through delivery, including timelines, hours, and scope

  • Lead client meetings and technical discussions; prepare agendas, task plans, and recaps using ClickUp

  • Communicate proactively with clients via Slack, email, and project trackers

  • Deliver consistent weekly progress updates and maintain documentation in internal tools

  • Support and delegate to CRM consultants and other technical team members

  • Perform QA and validate system changes before client hand-off

Requirements

  • C2-level English fluency (written and verbal)

  • 5+ years in RevOps, CRM architecture, or systems consulting

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot

  • Salesforce Admin and/or HubSpot certifications (strong plus)

  • Deep understanding of the revenue funnel and GTM alignment

  • Proven ability to lead discovery, design scalable system solutions, and deliver high-impact work

  • Experience managing multiple client engagements concurrently

  • Strong communication, documentation, and client relationship skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in consulting or agency environments

  • Familiarity with ClickUp and Slack-based project collaboration

Compensation & Logistics

  • Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 USD/year

  • PTO: 15 vacation days + 5 sick days annually

  • 12 paid U.S. holidays

  • 100% remote (always has been, always will be)

Success in the First 3–6 Months

  • Fully own 2–3 client accounts with minimal oversight

  • Deliver RevOps systems that drive measurable improvements in GTM efficiency

  • Build strong trust with clients through proactive updates, documentation, and clear execution
