The Role:This role is for an early-career engineer designing spacecraft electrical harnesses for space systems and test equipment.
The Person:The person will design spacecraft harnesses, translate electrical interfaces into harness designs, create schematics and 3D assemblies in Creo, produce manufacturing drawings and bills of material, and support fabrication, inspection, integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Requirements:The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field, plus the ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, pinouts, and interface documentation.

As a Harness Design Engineer, you’ll help design the electrical harnesses that connect spacecraft systems, avionics, payloads, and test equipment. You’ll work across electrical systems, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and integration & test to turn electrical interfaces into reliable, production-ready hardware.

This is a great opportunity for an earlier career candidate with a strong electrical engineering foundation and an interest in developing expertise in spacecraft harness design.
