What You Will Do

Creates effective store graphics and visual merchandising on time and within brand architecture

Communicates with appropriate members of the Store Environment Team and Display Management Team to ensure accuracy

Keeps the customer at front of mind while developing point of purchase materials to meet the needs of internal clients

Manages tasks to ensure projects are on time and on budget

Participates in the evolution of and follows Lowe's Visual Standards Guidelines

Updates vendor signage and makes recommendations on revisions to assure compliance with the Visual Standards Guide
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• 4-Year Degree in Graphic Design, Commercial Art or equivalent
• 2-5 Years of Experience in Retail design
• Strong skills in the following MAC based applications: InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop
• Strong creative conceptual skills and ability to communicate those ideas effectively
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Very strong time management/organization skills
• Strong project management skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to independently manage all aspects of a project effectively including quality & cost control, on-time delivery and postmortem analysis.
