Growth Lead

I’m hiring a growth lead focus at Maintouch.

The basics

• Maintouch builds AI agents to automate the trillion-dollar marketing agency industry.
• We’ve grown insanely fast in the last 9 months (can share numbers privately), and power the growth systems for nearly 50+ of the fastest-growing companies in the world.
• Marketing is a series of micro-decisions based on responses to data. Maintouch connects to all your marketing data sources to plan and execute growth strategies like an expert would.
• I (founder) grew up working at my family’s marketing agency. We’re taking those learnings to automate all that work.
• Lean team of 8 ex-founders and experts working in person in SoHo, NYC.

What you’ll do:

• Own and execute growth experiments end-to-end. Hypothesis to launch to learnings at the pace we ship product
• Drive top-of-funnel growth for Maintouch itself. Create content, publish industry reports, and build the narratives that make us the obvious voice in the space
• Plan and execute events, community programming, and anything that gets us in the room with the right people
• Build out our agency partnership arm and general partnership motions. Source, structure, and manage relationships that drive distribution
• Talk to customers constantly. Understand what's working, what's not, and feed insights back into everything we do
• Own how Maintouch shows up across channels. Campaigns, content, partnerships, whatever moves the needle
• Build lightweight systems and playbooks so experiments that work become repeatable motions
• Act as my right hand. Fill gaps, unblock problems, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks as we scale

• Impeccable storyteller. You can take something complex and make it sharp, clear, and compelling.
• Clarity of thought. You cut through noise, prioritize what matters, and communicate with precision
• Absolute grinder.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
• Excited about AI and its potential to transform marketing
• Has worked at a high-growth startup and thrived in the chaos
