• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing data engineering team specializing in AI/ML solutions for operations.
• Lead governance, adoption and impact measurement of advanced
  AI/ML models to automate and optimize global operations workflows by partnering with ENG and DS teams.
• Oversee the creation of scalable, analytics-driven backends to enable effective post-monitoring of AI deployment and measurable OpEx reduction.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, Data Science teams to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation.
• Build win-win partnerships with functional leaders and external partners to drive collaborative success.
• Develop and implement measurement frameworks in partnership with DS to assess the impact of AI models on operational performance and cost savings.
• Communicate results and insights to senior leadership, translating technical outcomes into business value.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, from ideation and prototyping to production deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Establish best practices for data engineering, and model development ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.
• Stay current with industry trends in AI, data engineering, and operations technology.
• Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. allowed.

• Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a data/business analyst or computer-related occupation
• Experience must include 4 years in the following:
• Experience with data architecture, ETL pipelines, distributed systems, and AI/ML model development and deployment
• Influencing cross-functional teams to drive alignment on technical strategy
• Experience with coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
• Experience with project management, delivering complex, multi-phase projects, and agile methodologies

$252,981/year to $284,900/year + bonus + equity + benefits
