Product Manager - FX.

In this role you'll:

• Own the FX product roadmap and be responsible for managing the delivery of new revenue generating features for the FX product
• Advocate for new product initiatives, build businesses cases and design tracking methods to evaluate their success.
• Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to groom and manage a backlog for our internal systems development including but not limited to: CRM, BI reporting and process automation
• Gather and analyse market information, competitor offerings and customer feedback to drive product improvements.
• Iteratively prioritise, estimate and refine project backlog items to ensure steady flow of user stories for upcoming sprints.
• Liaise with external partners and vendors to facilitate product development.
• Get to know and understand our client’s business and payments challenges, and act as the “voice of the customer” internally.

Your experience and knowledge:

• Proven track record of managing FX or payments products in an agile environment, and familiarity with SCRUM agile processes.
• Knowledge of the FX landscape, including technology providers and major liquidity providers
• Strong understanding of FX markets, currency exchange processes, and financial technologies.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with other teams.
• A passion for analytics and data, and experience with data analysis tools and techniques
• Strong technical skills and understanding of software development concepts and processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with our engineering team (including knowledge of or willingness to learn basic technical skills as required (e.g. postman, sql etc.)
• A willingness to tackle a diverse range of initiatives and problems, as we are a small company with many things on the go.
• Strong technical knowledge of delivery of technical of B2B Saas products through channels such as API’s and user interfaces.
