About the role

G’day, we’re Mosh & Moshy.

Our mission is to get Aussies the best possible health outcomes through best-in-class health programs.

We know the current healthcare system isn’t meeting the needs of the modern Australian, and we reckon there’s a better, more holistic way. Our programs across hair loss, sexual health, skincare, mental health and weight management are easy, accessible and completely discreet.

More than a job

There’s nothing better than knowing the work you’re doing matters and makes a genuine difference. We’re pretty lucky that, at Mosh & Moshy, this is the norm rather than the exception.

The role

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on IT Operations Manager to make working at Mosh & Moshy feel seamless.

You’ll own the day-to-day IT experience across the business, ensuring our people have the tools, access and support they need to do their best work. From onboarding new starters and resolving technical issues to managing devices, access and office technology, you’ll be the go-to person keeping our internal tech running smoothly.

This is a hybrid Sydney-based role.

This role blends responsive support with continuous improvement. You won’t just fix problems as they arise—you’ll identify recurring issues, improve our systems and processes, and work closely with People & Culture, Engineering and Security to support a secure, well-governed internal environment.

What you’ll do

As our IT Operations Manager, you’ll:

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal IT support across hardware, software, system access, connectivity and tooling
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across macOS and Windows devices, SaaS platforms, networking and peripherals
  • Support office-based technology, including meeting rooms, printers, security systems and other network-connected devices
  • Escalate more complex issues to external vendors or Engineering partners when required
  • Partner with People & Culture to deliver smooth and welcoming onboarding and offboarding experiences for all employees
  • Own joiner and leaver IT workflows, including provisioning laptops, peripherals and system access, as well as coordinating access removal, device recovery and equipment handovers
  • Manage the full device lifecycle, including procurement, configuration, deployment, repairs and replacements
  • Maintain an accurate asset register and inventory
  • Administer MDM tooling such as Jamf, Kandji, Intune or similar
  • Manage user access across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and Jira
  • Apply the principle of least privilege and follow security best practices when managing systems and access
  • Partner with Engineering and Security on access controls, audits, device posture, internal security tooling and the implementation of policies such as MFA, password management and device standards
  • Support technology and compliance requirements relevant to a regulated healthcare and data privacy environment
  • Manage relationships with external IT vendors and managed service providers
  • Create and maintain clear internal IT documentation, checklists and knowledge-base resources
  • Identify recurring issues and implement practical, preventative solutions
  • Continuously improve our systems, processes and overall employee IT experience

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in IT support, IT operations, systems administration or a similar role
  • Strong experience supporting macOS environments, with Windows experience considered a plus
  • Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf, Kandji, Intune or similar
  • Familiarity with common SaaS ecosystems and identity and access management
  • Experience managing devices, user accounts, permissions and IT assets throughout their lifecycle
  • A strong understanding of practical security principles, including MFA and least-privilege access
  • The ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively and take ownership in a fast-moving environment
  • A calm, methodical and customer-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to support people with varying levels of technical confidence
  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of following issues through to resolution

*Experience in a startup, scale-up, healthtech, fintech or another regulated industry will be highly regarded.
