Full-Stack Engineer - YC-backed AI Startup.

Salary Transparency:

This position is intended for candidates with 1+ years of professional experience.
The salary range varies depending on experience, between €70,000 and €110,000 gross per year, plus equity participation.
Work model: Full-time, 100% on-site, 5 days/week.
Location: Munich, Germany.

Muxon is a small, globally active recruitment agency and is conducting this search on behalf of our partner, a YC-backed AI SaaS startup transforming the construction industry through AI-powered software that automates complex quoting and sales processes. The company is growing rapidly and offers engineers significant ownership in a high-intensity, product-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, production-grade full-stack systems using React, TypeScript and Python.
• Develop reliable backend APIs supporting AI capabilities and product growth.
• Own features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through deployment, monitoring and iteration.
• Integrate LLMs, AI systems and large-scale data pipelines into production software.
• Contribute to system architecture, cloud infrastructure, Terraform and DevOps tooling.
• Work closely with users and the product team to turn real-world workflows into effective product solutions.
• Ship improvements rapidly through pragmatic engineering decisions and short iteration cycles.​

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript and Python.
• Proven ability to build complex, reliable software systems and solve performance and scaling challenges.
• Experience with Docker, Cloud providers and Terraform.
• Strong ownership and product mindset, with the ability to work independently and drive ideas through execution.
• Willingness to work 5 days per week on-site in Munich.
• Excellent English communication skills.
