  • The Role: A marketing technology manager who will own and evolve the company’s Martech stack and marketing data capabilities to support demand generation and lead management across a global organisation.
  • The Person: The person will own the marketing automation platform and integrations, manage lead lifecycle and scoring, build analytics dashboards and run funnel and attribution analysis, and maintain data governance and platform roadmap activities.
  • Requirements: Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, marketing analytics including funnel analysis and attribution, A/B testing frameworks, GA4 and Adobe Analytics, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Location: Cork (NETGEAR European Headquarters)
Working Model: Hybrid (3 days per week on-site)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Technology Manager to own and evolve our marketing technology ecosystem and data capabilities.

This role owns the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and broader Martech stack, enabling scalable demand generation, seamless lead management, and data-driven decision-making across a global organisation. You’ll act as a key link between Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams—ensuring systems are integrated, data is reliable, and performance is measurable.

You’ll also play an important role in advancing the use of AI across marketing operations to improve efficiency, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Technology & Automation

  • Own and optimise the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and Martech stack

  • Build and manage campaigns, workflows, segmentation, and lead lifecycle processes

  • Maintain lead scoring models aligned to ICP and sales readiness

  • Ensure performance and reliability of automation programmes through QA and optimisation

Martech, Integrations & AI

  • Manage integrations across marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce), web, and third-party tools

  • Own data flows, field mapping, and sync logic to ensure consistency

  • Monitor and resolve integration and data issues

  • Evaluate and implement AI tools to enhance automation, segmentation, and campaign performance

Marketing Analytics & Insights

  • Build dashboards tracking campaign performance, funnel conversion, pipeline, and ROI

  • Perform deeper analysis (funnel diagnostics, attribution, trend analysis)

  • Partner on A/B testing and optimisation strategies

  • Translate data into actionable insights for marketing leadership

Lead Management & Sales Alignment

  • Manage lead lifecycle, routing, and SLA tracking

  • Ensure accurate campaign attribution and pipeline visibility

  • Partner with Sales Operations on data and process alignment

Data Governance & Platform Management

  • Maintain data quality, governance standards, and compliance

  • Administer and enhance the marketing automation platform and related tools

  • Manage platform roadmap, enhancements, and user enablement

  • Support global onboarding, training, and vendor management

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, or Analytics

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)

  • Experience integrating Martech with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

  • Strong background in marketing analytics, including funnel analysis, attribution, and optimisation

  • Experience working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Solid understanding of marketing data architecture and campaign tracking

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot (Marketing Hub, CRM, Operations Hub)

  • Experience with AI tools in marketing automation or analytics

  • A/B testing frameworks and optimisation methodologies

  • Web analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics)

  • Data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
