<p>Do you want to work hands-on with test automation and contribute to higher quality, efficiency, and robustness in automotive software development?</p><p>Nexer Engineering Process is looking for experienced Test Automation Engineers for assignments with leading automotive customers in Sweden.</p><p>The need for test automation within the automotive industry is growing, and this role focuses on developing scalable, maintainable, and efficient automated test solutions. </p><p><strong>Your role</strong></p><p>You will work close to software and system development with a clear focus on automated testing within automotive environments.</p><p>You will be responsible for:</p><ul><li><p>Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks</p></li><li><p>Defining and implementing test automation strategies based on requirements and development processes</p></li><li><p>Executing, monitoring, and evaluating automated test runs</p></li><li><p>Analyzing test results and reporting defects, deviations, and quality metrics</p></li><li><p>Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines</p></li><li><p>Collaborating closely with developers, testers, and system engineers</p></li></ul><p><strong>Your profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>5+ years of experience in software testing and/or test automation</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with tools such as Python, Robot Framework, C#, or equivalent technologies</p></li><li><p>Experience working with automated testing in embedded and/or automotive software environments</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of software development lifecycles, verification, and validation</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English, spoken and written</p></li><li><p>Meritorious experience</p></li><li><p>Previous work experience within the Swedish automotive industry</p></li><li><p>Swedish language skills</p></li><li><p>Valid Swedish B driver’s license</p></li><li><p>Experience with CI/CD tools and test automation in continuous integration environments</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of automotive standards and development processes</p></li></ul><p><strong>Why Nexer Engineering Process?</strong></p><p>At Nexer, you are more than a consultant – you are part of a knowledgeable and supportive engineering organization.
