As part of the Brand &amp; PR team, the role combines hands-on design production, turning briefs and ideas into high-quality visual assets that support both brand building and performance. You’ll ensure that Nextory’s marketing is visually consistent, on-brand, and effective across markets, while contributing to scalable and efficient ways of working.</span></p><p><span>In this role you will:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Design and produce high-quality static and video assets for channels such as Partnerships, Paid Social, and CRM</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create creative materials for brand campaigns, organic social media, employer branding, presentations, and more</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure creative consistency, strengthen the brand, and contribute to testing and optimisation based on performance insights</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and maintain design systems, templates, and scalable formats, including updating the image bank</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and coordinate with external creatives when needed</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>The main character we’re looking for </strong></span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arimo, sans-serif;color:rgb(37, 37, 37);background-color:transparent;font-weight:700;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap;"><strong><br></strong></span><span>We believe you are a hands-on designer early in your career, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating polished, on-brand visuals. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are motivated by seeing your work make an impact. You are structured, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple projects, communicating ideas clearly, and improving your work through feedback and iteration.</span></p><p><span>Furthermore, we believe you have:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>At least one year of experience in a design-focused role, with a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience</span></p></li><li><p><span>A portfolio showcasing marketing assets, campaigns, and digital-first content</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid production and layout skills across digital, motion, and print, including paid social formats</span></p></li><li><p><span>Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in motion tools and comfort working in Figma</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>The Nextory way of working <br></strong>At Nextory, we believe a strong and inclusive culture is key to our success - and that culture flourishes when we meet and collaborate in person as much as possible.
