What you will be doing:

Serve as the direct manager for all interns, owning program operations end-to-end

Coordinate with technical mentors and cross-functional teams to ensure intern projects stay on track, track project achievements, and flag risks or blockers early

Handle program logistics: onboarding, offboarding, scheduling, access, and daily operational needs

Facilitate check-ins, reviews, and presentations to maintain transparency of intern work

Continuously improve the program based on feedback and outcomes
What we need to see:
-
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

4+ years of working experience with some exposure to coordination or people management, above 1 year leading experience

Strong organizational and communication skills are required. Proficiency in Chinese and English

Technical background sufficient to understand what interns and mentors are working on

Ability to work across multiple teams and collaborators simultaneously
Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Hands-on experience with CUDA, GPU computing, or HPC

Background in LLM training, fine-tuning, or inference

Scientific computing or research experience

Prior experience running an internship or early-career program
