The Role

Drive commercial excellence and business growth through strategic analysis and data-driven insights across Patrianna's gaming portfolio. As our Commercial Analyst, you'll be the analytical engine behind critical business decisions, transforming complex data into actionable strategies that accelerate client success and operational performance.

What You Will Be Doing

Strategic Analysis & Performance Optimization
• Analyze commercial performance across gaming brands, identifying revenue optimization opportunities and growth levers
• Develop comprehensive business cases for new market entries, product launches, and strategic initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate key commercial metrics including LTV, CAC, ARPU, and conversion rates across client portfolios

Data-Driven Insights & Reporting
• Build and maintain advanced dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to track commercial KPIs and performance trends
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on player behavior, market dynamics, and competitive positioning
• Create automated reporting frameworks that deliver real-time insights to stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with marketing teams to optimize campaign performance and ROI across acquisition channels
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify process improvements and cost optimization opportunities
• Support business development initiatives with market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling

Strategic Leadership & Communication
• Present commercial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and client stakeholders
• Lead analytical projects that directly impact business strategy and operational efficiency
• Champion data-driven decision making across all commercial activities

What We Are Looking For

Commercial Acumen
• 3+ years of commercial analysis experience, preferably in gaming, fintech, or high-growth technology sectors
• Proven track record of driving measurable business impact through analytical insights and strategic recommendations
• Strong understanding of gaming industry economics, player lifecycle management, and monetization strategies

Technical Excellence
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis
• Expert-level skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets capabilities for financial modeling and business planning

Leadership & Communication
• Exceptional ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Analytical Mindset
• Proactive problem-solving approach with ability to work independently in ambiguous situations
• Detail-oriented with strong quality assurance practices for data integrity and accuracy
• Curious mindset with passion for uncovering insights that drive business growth

Bonus Points For: Python/R programming, experience with data warehousing/ETL processes, predictive analytics capabilities, or advanced statistical modeling techniques.
