Senior Project Developer (m/f/d).

Your mission

• Management of the project development cycle and external service providers such as architects and specialist planners up to the approval planning stage
• Site assessments and preparation of feasibility studies, area planning and cost estimates for the planning and realization of commercial and residential projects
• Negotiations with authorities, agencies, urban planners and stakeholders of the urban society
• Support of urban planning workshop procedures and architectural competitions
• Supervision of B-plan procedures
• Management of negotiations for urban development contracts
• Supervision of neighborhood agreements
• Processing of internal and external reporting

Your profile

• You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering, real estate management/property management or urban planning or comparable training, e.g. in the field of housing/property management
• Several years of professional experience in the development of commercial and residential construction projects and building land development
• Experience in leading project teams
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and negotiation skills
• Legal knowledge of the real estate industry an advantage
