<h3>Job Title</h3>Marketing Insights & Analytics Business Partner<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>You will be a Business Partner and a Single point of contact for Benelux and DACH regions, working directly with the health systems leadership team to deliver strategic insights, analytics and recommendations on proposition, customer, sales & marketing performance, competitors and trends.​</p><p></p><p>​Accountable for E2E Insights & Analytics across the value chain from defining strategic business questions, analyzing internal and external data sources to providing business recommendations and tracking impact. Reporting into the global Market Insights and Analytics (MI&A) organization you will work alongside global Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and Zone leadership to identify and execute strategic opportunities.​</p><p></p><p>​Our aim is to bring business value by creating clear and harmonious flow of insights between the local, regional and global Philips organization, with measurable business impact, creating a continuous flow of improvement through standardization and automation of insights.</p><p></p><h2>Your role:</h2><p><b>Business partnership​</b></p><ul><li>Deliver strategic insights, analytics and recommendations to Benelux leadership teams on proposition, customer, sales & marketing performance, competitors and trends.</li><li>Accountable for end-to-end analytics insights from business question to providing business recommendations and tracking the impact. Execute analysis, as well as leverage Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and Western Europe Marketing Insights and analytics (MI&A) capabilities on data, research, analytics, reports and insights. ​</li></ul><p><b>Planning & Scoping​</b></p><ul><li>Translates strategic business objectives into an effective insights and analytics (I&A) plan, measures results and ensures strong & actionable insights delivered on time.</li></ul><p><b>Drive MI&A transformation​</b></p><ul><li>Proactively shapes the Marketing Insights and Analytics transformation to deliver growth and increase the impact of our value propositions to our customers.​​</li><li>Continuously improve ways of working via automation, standardization and best practice sharing. Drive agile test & learn culture, and bring actionable insights & recommendations.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>You're the right fit if:</h2><ul><li>University degree (Master’s degree) and 5-7 year of related experience.</li><li>Familiarity with market and customer research techniques and strong working knowledge of basic analytical tools and sharp predictive skills to work on large amounts of data.</li><li>Familiarity with marketing strategy forces and the structure in the health technology and health provider market across the Health Continuum.</li><li>Familiarity with benchmarking market sizes and market opportunity estimates with various external sources.</li><li>Understanding marketing, commercial and product life cycles.</li><li>Familiarity with business processes and positioning and share in the market.</li><li>Health systems knowledge (e.g. Public/private hospitals, private healthcare facilities and stakeholders within these segments) is strongly preferred / OR experience with marketing, products, procedure, disease, firmographics and marketing tactics in B2B space.</li><li>Experienced across entire analytics value chain from collecting and structuring data, to analyzing and driving business impact through insights and recommendation.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills & the ability to clearly articulate wider team priorities and underlying business questions driving overall Philips impact.</li></ul><p></p><h2>How we work together</h2><p>We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
