<div style="text-align: justify;">We are looking for a <strong>Manual QA Engineer&nbsp;</strong>to join a mobile product team working on secure, high-traffic mobile applications for iOS and Android. The role focuses on ensuring quality, stability, security, and compliance of mobile applications in a regulated, real-time environment. You will work closely with mobile engineers, backend developers, and product managers to validate complex user flows, integrations, and security-sensitive features.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Work Conditions</strong></div><div>Employment Type: Full-time</div><div>Work Format: Onsite in Madrid office</div><div>Relocation: Madrid, Spain (relocation support provided)</div><div>Onsite Requirement: Fully onsite after the first 3 months</div><div>Start Date: ASAP</div><div>Schedule: Standard business hours</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><div>Perform manual testing of mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms</div><div>Analyze product requirements, specifications, and designs to create clear and detailed test cases</div><div>Execute functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and acceptance testing</div><div>Validate authentication and authorization flows (login, MFA, token handling, permissions)</div><div>Test integrations with external APIs, payment systems, and third-party services</div><div>Validate real-time features, data synchronization, and state consistency</div><div>Perform mobile-specific testing:</div><ul><li>App lifecycle scenarios</li><li>Network interruptions and recovery</li><li>Background / foreground behavior</li><li>Different devices, OS versions, and screen sizes</li></ul><div>Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and evidence</div><div>Collaborate closely with developers to investigate issues and verify fixes</div><div>Participate in release testing and support App Store / Google Play releases</div><div>Ensure high quality, usability, and stability across production releases</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></div><div>3+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer, preferably with mobile applications</div><div>Strong experience testing mobile apps (iOS and Android)</div><div>Solid understanding of:</div><ul><li>Software testing fundamentals and QA processes</li><li>SDLC and STLC</li><li>Bug lifecycle and defect tracking</li></ul><div>Experience working with test documentation:</div><ul><li>Test cases</li><li>Checklists</li><li>Test plans</li></ul><div>Experience testing REST APIs (using Postman, Charles, or similar tools)</div><div>Good understanding of client-server architecture</div><div>Ability to analyze logs and reproduce complex issues</div><div>Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Nice to Have</strong></div><div>Experience testing fintech or payment-related applications</div><div>Understanding of security-sensitive flows (authentication, authorization, session handling)</div><div>Experience with mobile traffic inspection tools (Charles, Proxyman, Fiddler)</div><div>Basic knowledge of SQL or databases</div><div>Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams</div><div>Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, Xray, or similar)</div><div>Experience with mobile automation (Appium or similar) — as a plus</div><div><br></div>
