What is the opportunity?Â
As part of the Global IT Risk organization in Global Security, Technology Risk Analytics, Reporting and Development is focused on the strategic delivery of the harmonization of risk reporting globally, while accelerating our governance and risk management practices. This includes the strategic design, development and execution of metrics, quality assurance activities and managing stakeholder needs to enable the delivery of critical reports to drive action and the ability to enable proactive risk management.Â
In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating complex IT risk data into actionable insights that inform critical business decisions. You will own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact risk reports to executive and management committees, demonstrating both analytical rigor and mature business judgment.Â
What will you do?Â
Risk ReportingÂ
- Creation of templates for standardizing risk reporting across regionsÂ
- Creation of accurate and timely (weekly, monthly, etc.) reporting for all regions, including detailed analysis to be provided to Senior ManagementÂ
- Support the design, development and implementation of standardized reports that are consistent across regions leveraging the risk frameworkÂ
- Complete the quarterly analysis of the operational risk profile, investigating variances where requiredÂ
- Develop and maintain new reports, as required to meet regulatory requirementsÂ
- Partner with stakeholders to complete analysis for reporting, understanding breached metrics, impact, and overall IT riskÂ
- Support the investigation of emerging risks, taking initiative to engage with SMEs to create 'risk features' and strategic and actionable insightsÂ
- Support overall governance practices, including maintaining an audit trail, for reportingÂ
- Own accountability for report quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction; proactively drive remediation actions and follow-up initiativesÂ
Risk AnalyticsÂ
- Maintain and complete routine activities that enable strong governance of the risk metrics; supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of IT risk metricsÂ
- Analyze trends, causes and variancesÂ
- Develop strong relationships with diverse stakeholders across the Enterprise, focus on collaboration and alignment for both metrics and reportingÂ
- Support overall governance practices, including maintaining an audit trail, for metricsÂ
What do you need to succeed?Â
Must have:Â
- University graduate or equivalent experience; Professional designations (e.g., CRISC, CISSP) preferredÂ
- Experience with SQL, MS Access, Python, Tableau and other data visualization toolsÂ
- Extensive experience designing presentations and communications for senior managementÂ
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skillsÂ
- Strong Risk Management foundationÂ
- Strong problem-solving, analytical (including qualitative analysis), research and quantitative skillsÂ
- Experience with Agile MethodologyÂ
- Strong data governance backgroundÂ
- Ability to think analytically, navigate ambiguity and recommend solid solutionsÂ
- Ability to use a systemic approach to solving problems through attention to detail, analysis, and evaluation of alternative solutionsÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on assigned deliverables while collaborating effectively as part of a teamÂ
- Self-directed approach to ownership; ability to take initiative and drive initiatives to completionÂ
