Participate in leading managed services teams to deliver high quality managed services to our clientsÂ

Collaborate directly with leadership in continuing to build out our managed services teams and delivery models across the global enterpriseÂ
-
Drive process improvement and technology implementation for enhanced managed service delivery Â
-
Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our managed services offering.Â

Collaborate with RSM’s global offices on client projects and international managed service expansion and deliveryÂ
-
Understand service lines across RSM and work within our cross functional teams in supplying integrated delivery of managed services in IT, Finance as a Service, data analytics, security services and business applicationsÂ

Lead multiple client managed service consulting engagementsÂ
-
Provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectationsÂ
-
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the yearsÂ

Required Qualifications:Â
-
Undergraduate Degree in finance, accounting, information technology or in another related field in which we deliver managed servicesÂ
-
10+ years of experience in leading managed services infrastructure build, transformation, delivery, and expansionÂ
-
Experience driving people, process, and technology improvement across multiple groups aligned with strategyÂ
-
Proven record of delivering high quality managed services to clientsÂ
-
Collaborate and work in team settings across a large firm with multiple service linesÂ
-
Experience in leading projects related to finance transformation or financial systems selection/implementationÂ

Preferred Qualifications:Â

CPA, CA or equivalentÂ

Demonstrated Leadership experience, preferably in one or more of the following areas: a corporate finance such as controller or CFO, SEC and/or private company financial reporting, FP&A, policy development and financial reporting advisory, transaction related accounting and financial reportingÂ

Global operational and accounting experienceÂ

Demonstrated experience with infrastructure/managed IT services and other implementation methodology and program management techniques.Â

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $181,900 - $397,700
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
