Join us, and together, we’ll transform our industry, making a lasting difference for brighter lives and a better world.

More about the role

We are establishing a new, independent UX Quality & Consumer Experience Assurance capability to raise the bar for how user experience is treated across our Consumer Business. As a UX Researcher, you are a hands-on research professional embedded in pre-development and product development teams. You ensure that user needs are deeply understood, translated into clear requirements, and validated throughout the development lifecycle.

As a Senior UX Researcher, you go a step further: you help shape research direction, coach others, and take ownership for complex research scopes that directly influence UX quality decisions and lifecycle gating.

In all cases, your work helps ensure that when consumers use our products, they feel: "Somebody really thought about me.”

We would prefer for you to work from our Eindhoven office.

What you will do

Execute UX Research & Validation

  • Plan and execute qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method UX research

  • Validate UX requirements, concepts, usability, and end-to-end experiences

  • Select and apply appropriate research methods independently or with agency support

  • You will take explicit ownership for ensuring insights are robust, timely, and complete enough to support quality and go/no-go decisions, actively challenging teams when evidence is insufficient, UX risks remain unresolved, or decisions are being made too late in the process.

Benchmarking & In-Market Feedback

  • Conduct competitor and best-in-class UX benchmarking

  • Support post-launch UX evaluation through R&R and consumer feedback channels

  • Feed learnings back into current projects and future development

Collaboration & Storytelling

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, consumer service, and marketing intelligence

  • Represent the user perspective and challenge assumptions

  • Communicate insights through clear, compelling storytelling, tailored to different audiences

What you will need

  • Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Industrial Design, Cognitive Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with strong methodological grounding

  • Strong experience in UX research and validation in consumer product or service environments

  • Proven ability to execute research pragmatically within real development timelines

  • Expertise in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed research methods

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills

  • Ability to translate insights into requirements and decisions

  • Strong time and priority management skills; able to plan and execute research so that UX evidence is available in time to inform lifecycle gate decisions, in close alignment with project leaders

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and evolving setups

  • Clear communicator and compelling storyteller

  • Passion for products and users

What makes this role unique

You are an integral part of an independent UX Quality & Assurance function, playing a key role in shaping the quality standards and influencing critical product decisions. Your work is closely connected to real products, real users, and tangible outcomes, ensuring that your contributions have a meaningful impact. Additionally, you are not simply following an established process but are actively involved in building and evolving a new capability from the ground up.

Everything we’ll do for you

You can grow a lasting career here. We’ll encourage you, support you, and challenge you. We’ll help you learn and progress in a way that’s right for you, with coaching and mentoring along the way. We’ll listen to you too, because we see and value every one of our 27,000+ people. We believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a full spectrum of bright ideas. With a global workforce present in 70+ countries, we are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where every voice is heard and valued, helping us all achieve more together.

Come join us, and together we can light up the future.
