Smart Apartment Data provides real estate analytics software to U.S. professionals. We support enterprise clients through structured onboarding and education to ensure they use our platform effectively.

About the Role
As a Product Onboarding Specialist, you will guide new clients through the initial adoption of our platform, ensuring a smooth transition from sign-up to full usage.

You will work directly with customers to help them understand how the product fits into their processes and ensure they are set up for long-term success.

This role sits at the intersection of product, client experience, and implementation.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding and implementation process
  • Walk customers through key workflows, features, and use cases
  • Help clients configure and navigate the platform effectively
  • Lead structured sessions to ensure successful product adoption
  • Identify gaps in understanding and proactively address them
  • Ensure each client reaches a point of independent product usage

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing product roles
  • Experience working directly with clients to help them adopt a tool, platform, or system
  • Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and explain them clearly
  • Comfortable guiding clients through structured sessions and discussions
  • English level: C1 or C2 (required)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in a remote environment

Strong Candidates Typically Have

  • Experience in:
    • Product onboarding or implementation
    • Customer Success or client-facing roles
    • Process training or system adoption
  • Exposure to software platforms, CRM tools, or technical products
  • Experience working with U.S. or international clients
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and guide others through them

This Role is NOT a Fit For

  • Customer support roles focused only on ticket handling
  • Call center or BPO roles without product ownership
  • HR onboarding focused on internal employees
  • Administrative roles without client interaction
  • Sales-only roles without post-sale onboarding experience

Bonus Points:

  • Software training or onboarding background
  • Ability to learn and explain software quickly
  • Experience in Customer Education, Enablement, or Implementation
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Handled high-value or demanding customers

Benefits

  • 100% Remote, location independent
  • Compensation: $1,800 – $2,200 per month (based on relevant experience and qualifications)
