Job Description

S4D is looking for a Product Operations Specialist who loves turning moving parts into momentum. Someone who gets excited by messy workflows, finds patterns in data, and helps product teams and our customers move faster, smarter, and with a lot less chaos.

In this role, you’ll sit close to Product, Tech, and the wider business, making sure ideas don’t just stay ideas. You’ll keep the machine humming by improving processes, tracking performance, managing product rituals, and helping the team make confident decisions based on clear insights. These insights can be (re)used by our customers to grow their businesses.

What you’ll do

  • Bring structure to product operations without killing the vibe.

  • Have a keen eye on data

  • Keep product processes lean, visible, and actually useful.

  • Support planning, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Spot bottlenecks before they become expensive problems.

  • Help create dashboards, reports, and ways of working that people will actually use.

What you bring

  • +3 years of experience in product operations, product support, business operations, or a similar role in B2B SaaS or tech environment.

  • A strong feel for data and a healthy obsession with clarity.

  • A structured mindset, with the flexibility to deal with ambiguity.

  • Great communication skills and the ability to connect different teams.

  • An instinct for making things better, simpler, and faster.

  • Comfort with tools, metrics, workflows, and the occasional controlled fire.

  • A good understanding of Google Analytics
