Role Overview

We are seeking a senior-level, hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud
Administrator for an immediate contract opportunity with a leading public
sector institution in Calgary.

In this role, you will serve as the primary operational and
technical support resource responsible for maintaining the stability, security,
and accuracy of the Oracle EPM environment during critical planning, budgeting,
and forecasting cycles.

This position is focused on day-to-day administration,
production support, troubleshooting, and controlled enhancements. It is ideal
for an experienced Oracle EPM specialist who enjoys ensuring system reliability
while supporting Finance and business users.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage
  day-to-day Oracle EPM Cloud application settings and system administration
  activities.
• Monitor
  system health and oversee overnight automated processes.
• Support
  budgeting, forecasting, month-end, and year-end planning cycles.
• Maintain
  metadata and dimensions, including members, aliases, attributes, UDAs,
  Smart Lists, and parent-child hierarchies.
• Configure,
  maintain, test, and enhance application forms, web forms, Smart View
  templates, and dashboards.
• Monitor
  data load jobs and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Resolve
  mapping errors and investigate rejected records using EPM Automate and
  Data Integration tools.
• Support
  business users with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Document
  system changes and maintain operational runbooks.
• Prepare
  knowledge transfer documentation for internal support teams.

Required Qualifications

Oracle EPM Cloud

• Extensive
  hands-on administration experience with Oracle EPM Cloud environments.
• Strong
  experience supporting Planning, PBCS, and EPBCS applications.

Scripting & Calculations

• Experience
  managing Business Rules and Calculation Scripts.
• Hands-on
  experience with Groovy Rules is highly preferred.

Data Integration

• Strong
  experience using EPM Automate.
• Knowledge
  of Data Exchange/Data Integration processes.
• Experience
  with Oracle Integration Agent.

Cube Architecture

• Strong
  understanding of BSO, ASO, and Hybrid BSO cube architectures.
• Experience
  with member formulas, data maps, and hierarchy management.

Reporting & User Support

• Expert-level
  Smart View support and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong
  knowledge of Financial Reporting and planning-related reporting solutions.

Professional Skills

• Strong
  change management and change control discipline.
• Excellent
  documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities.
• Strong
  troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability
  to support critical business planning timelines.
