About the role
Job Description Summary
As a Payroll Analyst at Taylor Morrison Home Funding Inc., you will own payroll end to end for multiple companies under Financial Services, spanning multiple states and entities. Every pay cycle, you make sure each team member is paid accurately, on time, and in full compliance. Between cycles, you shift into analyst mode: calculating commissions and monthly production bonuses across our mortgage and title operations, building proformas, and helping shape how our sales teams are paid.
This role comes with a seat at the table. People, Finance, and operational leaders will look to your numbers before they make decisions. If you have strong attention to detail, find satisfaction in untangling a complicated commission plan, and want your work to be visible rather than tucked away in a back office, you will do well here.
