About the role

Hiring: E-commerce Administrator (maternity cover) 

We’re looking for an E-Commerce Administrator to join our customer-focused, data-driven team in Vilnius. 

My name is Adelina Kiškytė, and I am leading the Digital Operations and Optimization team at Telia. You’ll be part of a talented group of experts dedicated to creating seamless and engaging customer journeys across our digital platforms. 

What You’ll Do: 

As an E-Commerce Administrator, you’ll take ownership of our B2X e-shop content and play a key role in enhancing user experience while supporting commercial goals. 

• Upload and optimize e-shop items 
• Look for opportunities to increase e-shop performance and sales 
• Identify opportunities to improve our CMS and content optimization processes 
• Optimize content for search engines and generative AI, applying best UX practices 
• Work closely with commerce, marketing, SEO, CX and CRO teams to boost conversions and support business objectives 

What Will Help You Thrive In This Role:  

You’re proactive and have hands-on experience in e-commerce and content management. You thrive in dynamic environments and constantly look for ways to optimize your work. 
• Experience in e-shop management and uploading e-shop items 
• Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as GA4 
• Good knowledge of SEO 
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English 
• A commercial mindset and a passion for improving user experience 
• A collaborative spirit and a drive to deliver measurable results

Monthly salary range for this position – 2120 - 2950 Eur (gross) + annual performance/sales bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
