Job Description

We are looking for a Projects Solutions Engineer to join our ambitious Teltonika Connectivity Solution Program group. Our mission is simple: provide incredibly easy installation so customers experience the benefits of vehicle telematics immediately - no special tools, no complex skills, just instant results.

In this specific role, you will be the technical backbone of our Connectivity Services, managing the synergy between our GPS hardware, SIM card services, and management platforms.

In this role, you will:

  • Resolve Elite Technical Issues: Review and resolve Level 3–5 tickets, specifically focusing on complex connectivity, SIM card integrations, and platform synchronization.
  • Master Protocols & Systems: Act as the internal expert for protocols like MQTT, TCP/UDP, ensuring seamless data flow between devices and client backend servers.
  • Shape the Program: Participate in sprint planning and contribute technical insights to make our devices more efficient and user-friendly.
  • Bridge the Connectivity Gap: Troubleshoot the full service lifecycle—from physical SIM card behavior to platform-level data visualization.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze recurring patterns in connection failures to create internal knowledge base articles and suggest product refinements.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work with engineers, project coordinators, and stakeholders to ensure our devices remain the most reliable in the industry.

What we expect of you:

  • Connectivity Expertise: Solid understanding of IoT connectivity (SIM card lifecycles, APN configurations, and data roaming).
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of communication protocols (MQTT is a high priority) and how they interact with cloud platforms.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is your primary tool for global collaboration.
  • Industry Background: Experience with IoT, embedded systems, or industrial hardware.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical skills to debug complex system-level issues.
  • Team Player: Ability to work comfortably in a cross-functional environment alongside developers and sales managers.

What we offer:

  • Great opportunities to grow in a strong and rapidly expanding company.
  • Interesting and ambitious projects of industrial GPS tracking devices.
  • Place where curiosity is key: here, we share knowledge and learn in training courses.
  • Dynamic, challenging work environment and cooperation-based internal culture.
  • Care about your emotional and physical well-being by offering flexible work schedules and health insurance.
  • Company-paid sports activities (basketball, football, volleyball, yoga) and other sports events.
  • Celebrating achievements and having fun together in team building, summer festivals, and other important occasions.
  • Opportunity for solid bonuses when participating in the recommendation program.
  • We delight with birthday and Christmas gifts and rewards on work anniversaries.
  • Office snacks.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 15 Eur/h up to 18 Eur/h (2500 – 3000 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and qualifications, with the possibility of additional bonuses.

*In the employment agreement, a fixed (tariff) hourly gross salary rate is specified and defined.
