OVERVIEW
The Marketing Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging campaign and brand assets across digital, print, and in-venue channels to support Parq Casino’s marketing initiatives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design campaign and brand assets end-to-end for Parq Casino: Create best-in-class creative for digital ads, social graphics, landing page visuals, presentations, event collateral, onsite signage and other brand touchpoints.
- Maintain brand consistency: Apply and uphold Parq Casino’s brand guidelines across assets to ensure a cohesive, bold, and polished brand presence.
- Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Marketing and other casino departments to translate briefs into clear, effective creative that supports demand gen, thought leadership, and marketing goals.
- Design dynamic motion graphics for digital platforms and large-format arena screens, bringing campaigns to life, engaging audiences and enhancing both online and in-venue experiences.
- Work effectively within workflows (team): Understand how work moves from concept to storyboard to versioning to review to export/specs, and contribute clean inputs that reduce rework.
- Manage vendor relationships, including coordinating large scale projects, issuing purchase orders, collecting quotes, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Operate with speed and organization: Manage multiple projects at once, prioritize effectively, hit deadlines, and deliver high-quality work with clear file/version hygiene.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years of professional design experience, preferably in an in-house setting
- Portfolio demonstrating strong work across digital and print, in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Advanced experience with Canva
- Excellent fundamentals in typography, layout, composition, and systems thinking for scalable design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills–able to take feedback, iterate quickly, and land high-quality outputs
- Project/time management skills to handle multiple deliverables in parallel.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree or similar in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to obtain a valid GPEB registration
- Ability to complete all BCLC required trainings
- Serving it Right Certification
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Able to lift, handle, and transport materials that are over 20lbs
- Required to sit, stand and walk during working hours
