We are looking for a Global Executive Marketing Apprentice to join our Global Executive Marketing (GEM) team, based in the UK.
The Global Executive Marketing team focuses on engaging senior C-suite leaders from the world’s largest organisations. Our mission is to build meaningful executive relationships by combining world-class storytelling, digital thought leadership, and curated in-person experiences that position ServiceNow as a trusted partner in enterprise transformation.Â
You don’t need prior experience in executive marketing — we’ll help you learn what makes this audience unique and how to engage them effectively.Â
As an apprentice, you’ll gain exposure to global marketing initiatives while completing an accredited qualification through our apprentice provider, Apprentify, who will support your technical development and ensure you complete the relevant modules.Â
About the Global Executive Marketing TeamÂ
The Global Executive Marketing team operates at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and experience design. We partner with senior leaders across the business to:Â
- Deliver high-impact executive experiences at major global events and curated roundtablesÂ
- Develop C-suite thought leadership and digital storytelling programsÂ
- Support relationship building within our most strategic global accountsÂ
- Ensure executive engagement translates into measurable business impactÂ
- This team collaborates across sales, solution consulting, corporate marketing, regional field marketing teams, and external partners. While we work globally, this role will be UK-based and support both regional and international initiatives.Â
What You’ll Learn and Experience:
Depending on the projects you support, you’ll gain hands-on experience in:Â
Executive Events & Experiences
- Supporting the delivery of curated executive roundtables and leadership eventsÂ
- Assisting with event logistics, communications, and follow-up campaignsÂ
- Helping create executive briefing materials and on-the-day experiencesÂ
- Understanding how relationship-led marketing differs from traditional demand generationÂ
- You’ll see firsthand how executive engagement is designed to deepen relationships and influence strategic business outcomes.Â
Executive Storytelling & Thought LeadershipÂ
- Supporting the development of C-suite-level content and messagingÂ
- Helping coordinate digital storytelling initiatives and executive campaignsÂ
- Learning how marketing speaks differently to CIOs, CFOs, CHROs, and other C-suite leadersÂ
- Understanding how thought leadership builds credibility at the highest levelsÂ
Strategy, Measurement & InsightsÂ
- Supporting audience research and executive account profilingÂ
- Learning how executive marketing impact is measuredÂ
- Assisting with tracking engagement metrics and pipeline influenceÂ
- Gaining exposure to account-based marketing and strategic account planningÂ
Marketing Technology & OperationsÂ
- Gaining experience with marketing and CRM platformsÂ
- Supporting campaign setup, invitation management, and reportingÂ
- Understanding how marketing automation and executive outreach integrateÂ
Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementÂ
- Working with senior internal stakeholdersÂ
- Developing professional communication skillsÂ
- Learning how to manage multiple workstreams and prioritiesÂ
Qualifications
Who you are:

- You do not need prior marketing experience — that’s what the apprenticeship is for. Any exposure to marketing, events, communications, or business studies is a bonus but not required.Â
- Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills are a bonus given the global nature of the team.Â
- This role requires attendance at our Staines office a minimum of 3 days per week.
- This apprenticeship is expected to begin on 15th June 2026.
