About the Role

As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy by providing objective, data-driven insights. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, maintain, and automate key operational reports and dashboards, conducting deep-dive analysis on GTM performance metrics such as pipeline generation and conversion rates. You will also support the optimization of core RevOps processes and ensure data integrity within our CRM and other GTM systems. This role requires partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand their reporting needs and serve as a trusted advisor by translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Develop, maintain, and automate key operational and performance reports, dashboards, and metrics (e.g., pipeline generation, sales cycle length, conversion rates, customer retention, GTM ROI).

    • Conduct deep-dive analysis on GTM performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

    • Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for GTM leadership.

    • Monitor and track the health of the sales and marketing funnels, highlighting bottlenecks and areas for optimization.

    • Assist in forecasting and planning processes by providing historical data analysis and performance insights.

  • Process and Systems Support:

    • Support the optimization and documentation of key Revenue Operations processes to improve efficiency and data quality.

    • Collaborate with the RevOps and GTM Systems team to ensure data integrity within our CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and other GTM systems.

    • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features, system enhancements, and process changes.

  • GTM Team Support:

    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand their reporting needs and provide customized, ad-hoc analyses.

    • Collaborate with the Enablement team on training materials and provide guidance to GTM teams on how to effectively use reporting tools and dashboards.

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to functional leaders by providing objective, data-driven insights.

    • Support cross-functional execution and operational alignment for key strategic partnerships, ensuring partner programs, processes, reporting, and stakeholder coordination scale effectively across the GTM organization.

 

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field preferred.

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role.

  • Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).

  • Expert-level skill in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation).

  • Experience working with and reporting from a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is required.

  • Solid understanding of GTM metrics and the revenue lifecycle (Marketing to Sales to Customer Success).

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows, with the ability to leverage automation and generative AI to improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and go-to-market decision making.

 

Bonus Experience

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot)

  • Experience with SQL or other data querying languages

  • Understanding of data governance principles
