Summary:
As an Implementation Specialist manages the onboarding and implementation process of a product or system, ensuring it is configured correctly and meets client requirements. They work closely with clients, technical teams, project managers, and support staff to ensure a smooth rollout.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze client/business requirements
- Configure and customize software or systems
- Coordinate implementation timelines and project tasks
- Migrate and validate data
- Test system functionality and troubleshoot issues
- Train users and provide onboarding support
- Create implementation documentation and user guides
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and customer support
- Monitor post-launch performance and resolve implementation problems
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout deployment

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), candidate should have hands-on knowledge on Service Mapping & ServiceNow Discovery.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery & software configuration.
- Candidate should have experience/knowledge on CRM/ERP implementation, data migration and excel/SQL basics, API/integration understanding, troubleshooting and testing etc.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office with flexible to other locations as well.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
