Apply your operational, analytical and relationship-building skills to invent how we handle contracts from the beginning through renewal in the benefits space! Join our Global Capability Center Health Solutions team in Mexico City and enjoy a flexible work arrangement. Aon is in the business of making better decisions. At Aon, we shape decisions for the better in order to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world. As an organization, we are united by trust as one inclusive and diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. What the day will look like Stand at the center of our contract lifecycle, partnering with account executives and commercial client leaders to draft, review and manage client contracts from start to finish. Work closely with internal colleagues across the world and management teams each day. The team's role is to ensure contracts are detailed, follow policy and support our business goals. Contribute to reporting, tooling and operational improvements that enhance how our operations team delivers for clients! Track and manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring favorable agreements and alignment with company standards. Partner with legal, procurement, finance, risk management, and data privacy teams to coordinate contract reviews, approvals, and execution. Identify potential risks in contract terms and conditions, and help address issues or disputes that arise during the contract period. Generate regular reports on operational status, performance measurements and compliance. Support continuous improvement of contract workflows and assist with training materials and guidelines for the broader team. How this opportunity is different from other companies This role is pivotal in building and implementing a new end‑to‑end contract lifecycle process, giving you the chance to shape how we work rather than simply following existing procedures. With a hybrid work arrangement and strong cross‑functional partnerships, you’ll gain broad exposure to many areas of the company and the risk industry while driving meaningful process innovation. Skills and experience that will lead to success Successful team members bring hands‑on operational experience, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate complex contract details into clear, actionable steps. They're comfortable working with data and tools to ensure clarity, accuracy and compliance across the contract lifecycle, and can manage multiple projects while keeping collaborators aligned. A team approach, attention to detail and a focus on continuous operational improvement help our colleagues thrive in this role. Demonstrated ability in a commercially focused operations role, ideally within the healthcare or employee benefits industry, for more than five years. Robust critical thinking and resolution skills, including operational risk analysis related to contract strategy. Experience with operations processing aimed at maintaining clear, accurate and consistent benefits contracts from initiation through execution and closure.
