Position Summary

The Photo Reticle Inspection Shift Engineer will be responsible for maintaining Reticle Inspection tool set pertaining to both EUV and DUV photomasks and responding to fab operational reticle needs. This role also involves ensuring the quality and timely delivery of EUV and DUV reticles to meet the operational requirements and managing the EUV Reticle Verification system to uphold quality standards.

Role and Responsibilities

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Coordinating exceptions related to EUV Reticles with Samsung internal customers, and managing EUV Reticle defect history management system and daily communication of defect reporting.

  • Responding to reticle quality related incidents, and coordinate plans for reticle release strategy to meet manufacturing needs.

  • Troubleshooting and managing manufacturing escalation situations regarding reticle availability.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

  • B.S. in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical), Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics or similar technical degree.

  • 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering is a plus.

  • Understanding of semiconductor wafer processing fundamentals and photolithography.
