Your New Role

As Partnership Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving impactful collaborations with commercial partners across WBD’s portfolio, including HBO Max. You will lead the planning and execution of partner-led marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition, engagement and retention, directly contributing to the growth of the business. Working cross-functionally across regional and global teams, you will ensure partnerships are commercially effective, creatively strong and aligned with broader company priorities.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Own and manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate and commercial partners, acting as a key marketing contact and ensuring strong collaboration.
  • Plan and execute joint B2B and B2B2C marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention. This includes campaigns, offers and partner activations.
  • Lead partner campaign delivery, including supporting and training partner teams such as sales and customer service functions to maximise performance.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality brand representation across all partner platforms, maintaining strong creative and content standards.
  • Develop innovative and impactful marketing concepts that enhance partner activity and drive visibility across key markets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, distribution, D2C, communications and commercial teams to ensure aligned and effective execution.
  • Analyse campaign performance and apply data-driven insights to optimise activity and inform future partnership strategies.

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Demonstrated experience in partnership marketing, D2C, streaming, or a related commercial marketing environment, with a strong track record of results.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across internal and external partners.
  • Creative and commercially minded, with the ability to develop engaging marketing concepts and deliver them effectively.
  • Comfortable working with data and insights to evaluate performance and support decision-making.
