Marketing Associate 

AquaPhoenix Scientific, located in Hanover, PA has an opening for a detail-oriented and experienced Marketing Associate to support a wide range of department projects and responsibilities. This is a full-time, in-office, hourly position with full benefits. 

This role is responsible for creating and updating marketing materials for print, digital, and web channels, coordinating trade shows and sales meetings, and developing creative content, including graphics and videos. The position also supports website management and SEO initiatives, maintains eStore product content and photography, and helps ensure marketing programs are executed accurately, consistently, and efficiently while reducing reliance on external vendors. 

Although not all inclusive, the ideal candidate in this role will also have general experience in the following areas of responsibility that include: 

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, DSLR photography, and video editing to produce visually engaging content for print, web and digital platforms. 
• Assist in generating content used in communication channels, products explanations, and services. 
• Support the team with marketing initiatives including social media content, marketing collateral and coordinating marketing events.
• Provide writing, editing, and proofreading for proper grammar, accuracy and clarity of various marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and report findings to improve further opportunities. 
• Attention to detail and quality assurance to ensure brand compliance, error-free content and effective vendor relationships. 
• Assisting with the preparation of presentations and trade show planning.
• Exercise strong prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple, concurrent projects from concept to completion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

AquaPhoenix Scientific considers applicants with diverse backgrounds, education, and work experience; however, applicants for the Marketing Associate position will frequently have a combined education and/or work experience that is a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3-5 years’ experience in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Desired Skills, Education, and Knowledge: 

• High School Diploma with a minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in a sales/marketing or similar role including an educational environment with responsibility for writing content. 
• General proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, HubSpot Marketing CRM or similar platforms, DSLR photography, and video editing. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to collaborate with internal and external customers. 
• Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to ensure brand compliance, error-free content and effective vendor relationships. 
• Strong time management and organizational skills with an ability to see projects through to completion.
