The Role
As the Director of Marketing and Brand Management at EnergyX, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives and increase market share.
- Utilize market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Brand Management:
- Own the overall brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Develop brand guidelines and standards to maintain brand integrity and coherence.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the marketing team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, fundraising, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments to facilitate the seamless execution of initiatives.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to support key initiatives and maximize ROI.
- Track expenses and analyze budget performance to optimize spending.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and strategic planning.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends
