On-site engineering management</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">- As the project leader, lead on-site management of data center HVAC equipment from arrival, installation, commissioning, acceptance, to maintenance, coordinating resources to ensure on-time delivery and maintenance; </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">- Regularly attend on-site project meetings to assist clients in reviewing progress and planning subsequent work; </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">- Manage on-site engineers and on-site personnel to ensure smooth progress of all tasks. </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">2. System Construction</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">- Lead the formulation and improvement of on-site delivery and maintenance service processes, technical plans, technical standards and specifications, work instructions, and other system documents</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">- Regularly organize training for on-site contractors and on-site personnel on product technology and operational procedures</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">1. Familiar with the data center industry and have a basic understanding of project management on site;<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">2. Renowned on-site data center management cases;<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">3. Proficient in English, local languages, and other languages; </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">4.
