Senior Full-Stack Python Developer.

<div>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Full-Stack Python Developer </strong>to join our engineering team and build scalable products across the backend and frontend. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work closely with the client, contribute to technical decisions, and deliver features from design through deployment.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><div>• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and modern frontend frameworks<br>• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL<br>• Own features end-to-end, from technical design through deployment and monitoring<br>• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver new features<br>• Write clean, tested, and maintainable code and participate in code reviews<br>• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues<br>• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers<br>• Contribute to architecture, technical roadmaps, and engineering best practices<br>• Improve CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and developer tooling</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements</strong></div><div>• Based in <strong>Brazil</strong> or <strong>New York, USA</strong><br>• <strong>5+ years</strong> of professional software development experience with strong Python expertise<br>• Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI<br>• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience with React, Vue, or Angular<br>• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs<br>• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and SQL<br>• Experience with an ORM such as Django ORM or SQLAlchemy<br>• Proficiency with Git, pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows<br>• Familiarity with AWS and cloud infrastructure<br>• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, testing, and system design<br>• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Work Model</strong></div><div>•&nbsp;<strong>Brazil:</strong> Remote<br>•&nbsp;<strong>New York:</strong> On-site at 30 Hudson Yards, New York, NY</div><div><br></div><div><em>By applying to this position, we’ll create your <strong>Simera Professional Key (SPK)</strong> — a unique key that helps you connect with employers, stand out, and secure the right match.</em></div>
