- The Role:This role is for someone who can manage Airtable as a governed business platform for deal management and connected workflows in ITV’s Content Supply & Distribution division.
- The Person:The person will own and improve the Airtable instance, shape data models and automations, define integrations, lead business process discovery, and support user discovery, testing, training, adoption, and roadmap planning.
- Requirements:The role requires deep working knowledge of Airtable, including data modelling, permissions, automations, scripting, reporting, and platform administration, plus experience with developers, architects, data teams, and technical specialists.

Working location: London, White City, hybrid 2 days a week on site, occasional travel to Leeds.

About the Role
ITV’s Content Supply & Distribution (CS&D) division is digitising its end-to-end deal
management lifecycle—replacing legacy tools, spreadsheets, and manual trackers with
structured Airtable applications.
We are seeking an Airtable Platform Manager to own, configure, maintain, and
continuously improve our Airtable-based interfaces, apps, and underlying data bases. This
role acts as the technical low-code subject matter expert, bridging operational deal
processes with systems engineering. You will work directly with internal teams (Content
Operations, Legal & Business Affairs, Finance, and Strategy) to ensure Airtable
configurations accurately support deal preparation, governance approvals, and the onward
flow of data for the contract preparation and metadata systems.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the ITV M&E Airtable instance as a scalable, governed business platform.
- Establish best practice for Airtable usage, including base design, access management, naming conventions, documentation, and support processes.
- Shape Airtable data models, interfaces, permissions and complex automations,
- Develop and maintain the Airtable roadmap, balancing user needs, business value, platform health, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to understand their workflows and priorities.
- Lead business process discovery and optimisation activities, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and drive operational efficiency across CS&D.
- Partner with developers, architects, data teams, and platform specialists to design robust Airtable solutions.
- Partner with Architecture and Technology teams to define and deliver integrations between Airtable and strategic platforms
- Act as the Airtable subject matter expert for ITV CS&D, advising stakeholders on the technical feasibility as well as the trade-offs of different solutions on Airtable .
- Lead user discovery, testing, training, adoption, and feedback activities to ensure solutions are embedded effectively.
- Manage stakeholder communications, roadmap updates, release planning, risks, dependencies, and decision-making forums.
Skills & Knowledge
- Deep working knowledge of Airtable, including data modelling, bases, tables, fields, views, forms, interfaces, permissions, automations, scripting, reporting, and platform administration.
- Ability to translate complex business processes into simple, scalable, and maintainable Airtable solutions.
- Good understanding of relational data structures, data quality, access control, workflow design, and platform governance.
- Experience working with developers, architects, data teams, and technical specialists to deliver integrations, automations, and connected data flows.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to build trust across creative, operational, legal, risk, and technology teams.
- Ability to identify opportunities to use data, reporting, AI, and automation to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and delivery-focused, with the ability to balance user needs, business value, technical feasibility, and long-term maintainability.
- Strong prioritisation skills, with the ability to balance competing objectives, requirements and stakeholder needs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams concurrently, maintaining focus and momentum across competing priorities.
