- The Role:This role is for a senior systems engineering professional working on hardware and software integration, testing, and verification for integrated systems.
- The Person:The person will develop and execute system-level and HIL test procedures, troubleshoot integrated HW/SW systems in a lab, verify and validate requirements, and communicate project status and technical solutions.
- Requirements:The role requires 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, I&T integration and test, system-level and HIL test procedures, requirements verification and validation, and a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or related experience.
About the role
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline or related experience.
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a strong focus on systems-level development testing and integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering high-impact solutions.
- Experience with I&T integration and test.Â
- Experience developing and executing system-level and HIL test procedures
- Strong understanding of requirements verification and validation processes
- Experience troubleshooting integrated HW/SW systems in a lab environment
- Ability to professionally communicate project status and collaborate on technical solutions with clients and peers
- Active Secret Clearance Required
- Ability to work onsite 100%
- Ability to Travel up to 25%
Preferred / Additional Skills
- Proficient with Atlassian Tools (Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, etc.)
- Experience leading technical projects or mentoring junior engineers.
- Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Familiarity with Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) concepts and tools (Cameo, AADL)
- Experience with Signal Processing Implementation
- Experience communicating and documenting complex technical designs
- Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
