- The Role:This role is for a Customer Success Manager focused on customer relationships, portal adoption, and digital service sales in food logistics.
- The Person:The person will introduce the myWBG Pooling Portal at customer sites, support customers using the portal, coordinate system integrations, negotiate contracts, and prepare analyses, reports, and statistics.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration, strong sales skills, a basic understanding of ERP systems, MS Office, and good command of English.

Your mission
- You expand existing customer relationships by implementing and successfully introducing the myWBG Pooling Portal at customer sites.
- You advise customers on interface solutions and sell additional digital services.
- You coordinate and support system integrations between customers and WBG Pooling.
- You work closely with the field sales team to identify and leverage cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing customer base.
- You support and assist our customers in using the myWBG Pooling Portal.
- You conduct contract negotiations and successfully bring agreements to closure.
- You prepare analyses, reports, and statistics to support business decision-making.
- You analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- You support our team at trade fairs and events and professionally represent the company.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- You stand out through your strong sales skills and your keen understanding of customer needs.
- You possess excellent communication skills and are confident when delivering presentations.
- You have a strong affinity for IT and a basic understanding of ERP systems.
- You have a good command of English. Additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
- You are proficient in using MS Office and digital applications.
- You are characterized by analytical thinking and strong organizational skills.
- You work reliably, flexibly, and independently.
- You are willing to travel and hold a valid Class B driver's license.
