Your mission

To support our next phase of growth, we're building a new Strategy & Transformation team.
As Senior Manager Strategy & Transformation, you will work closely with our CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, investors and leaders across the business to solve complex business challenges, help shape Swissbit's strategic direction and translate strategic priorities into measurable business impact.
You will work on topics that are critical to Swissbit's future development – from growth strategy and market positioning to organizational development and strategic transformation.
You will lead the future Strategy & Transformation team and actively shape its development and growth.

• Analyze complex business challenges and develop strategic recommendations
• Conduct market, customer and competitor analyses and develop business cases and decision proposals
• Facilitate strategic workshops and leadership discussions
• Lead strategic and transformation initiatives across the business and translate them into measurable business impact
• Prepare executive presentations and decision papers
• Lead and develop the future Strategy & Transformation team

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy or a comparable strategic environment
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with strategic thinking and sound business judgement
• Experience leading complex strategic initiatives as well as leading and developing teams
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, excellent communication and presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
