- The Role:This role is for a principal product manager focused on AI-enabled B2B SaaS products for recruiting or HR workflows.
- The Person:The person will lead product strategy, define market and customer needs, work with engineering on prioritisation and execution, and coordinate with marketing, GMs, support, and other stakeholders.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has 7+ years as a product manager, startup experience, experience building products that automate or enhance workflows using Agentic and Conversational AI, and B2B PLG product experience.

Why We Need You:
We’re looking for a seasoned Principal Product Manager who can lead one of the most important bets for the company. This role will lead this initiative, including setting strategy / KPIs, driving product choices and delivering high impact. You will be comfortable getting hands-on with detailed, nuanced product choices, while also understanding the larger path ahead with your overall strategy. Finally, to land a great outcome, you will need to be an excellent cross-functional collaborator.
