- Requirements:The role requires continuing education for certification, National Oncology Data Specialist certification, two years in an ACOS approved Cancer Program as a Registrar, and experience with a computerized registry system.
About the role
This is a Remote Role
Coordinates and maintains all aspects of the cancer program in compliance with standards of the American College of Surgeons (ACoS), Commission on Cancer (COC). Stays up to date with requirements, policies and procedures that impact the cancer program. Performs duties in the Cancer Registry, Cancer Committee and Cancer Conferences. Provides education, training, and oversight of Oncology Data Specialists.

Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: Maintains continuing education requirements for certification
- Upon hire: National Oncology Data Specialist - National Cancer Registrars Association
- Maintains annual continuing education requirements
- 2 years working in an ACOS approved Cancer Program as a Registrar
- Experience working with a computerized registry system
