As a Project & Commissioning Engineer, you will join our team in Cranberry Township, PA and lead project engineering and commissioning of Distributed Control System projects for the Renewables industry. In this role, your responsibilities will be:

Support the engineering design, execution, and commissioning of renewable energy and Battery Energy Storage System projects.

Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers by providing engineering expertise and facilitating effective communication between customer teams and internal stakeholders.

Coordinate and support installation, startup, testing, and commissioning activities for control systems and associated equipment.

Develop, maintain, and track project schedules and commissioning plans to support successful project delivery.

Communicate project status, priorities, risks, and resource requirements to stakeholders in a timely and proactive manner.

Collaborate with global engineering teams to optimize resources and support project objectives.

Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, execution efficiency, and knowledge sharing across projects.

Partner with customers, architectural and engineering firms, contractors, and internal teams to develop solutions that address customer challenges.

Contribute to the development, review, and enhancement of operational and field documentation based on project experience and lessons learned.

Support a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and customer success throughout project execution.

For this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a similar technical educational curriculum, or significant relevant experience in lieu of education
- 2+ years of related experience in an engineering environment
- Ability to work in both an office and field setting, depending on project execution phase
- Ability to travel up to 20% in North America
- Legal authorization to work in the United States -sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
Preferred qualifications that set you apart:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering
- Previous experience working with control systems in addition to prior commissioning experience
- Experience in Renewables Industry
