  • The Role:This role is for a senior cyber operations specialist supporting government planning, acquisition, and operational integration work.
  • The Person:The person will plan and coordinate with military commands, author acquisition and transition documents, review security classification guides, and prepare status reports and senior-level briefings.
  • Requirements:The ideal candidate has a current TS/SCI clearance and PR, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, DoD cyber or related experience, familiarity with DoD RMF, and DoD 5000 series acquisition project/program management.

About the role

Everforth ECS is seeking a Sr. Cyber Operations SME/PM/Engineer/Analyst to work in North Arlington, VA and/or other locations as directed by the Government.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Plan, manage, advise, and coordinate with OPNAV staff, combatant commands (CCMDs), component commands, and subordinate echelons to enable operational force integration of compartmented experimental material and non-material capabilities.
  • Author formal acquisition and transition documents, to include Statements of Work, Technical Direction Letters, Technical Transfer Agreements, formal engineering requirements, system test plans, Interface Control Documents, and Concepts of Employment (CONEMP).
  • Coordinate with Naval SYSCOMs, TYPECOMs, and operational forces both CONUS and OCONUS.
  • Author, staff and present technical inputs to sensitive operational planning elements.
  • Review and recommend changes to security classification guides and related documents.
  • Author weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual status reports for a variety of audiences.

Salary: $180,000-220,000

Qualifications
  • Current TS/SCI clearance and PR, and must be willing to submit to a polygraph
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Technical Discipline or equivalent experience
  • DoD cyber, electronic warfare, information operations, SIGINT, or Multi-Domain Operations
    Military or Intelligence Community compartmented or sensitive activities and planning process (MDMP, JOPES, APEX) at the Echelon 2 or higher level
  • Familiarity with DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and artifacts
  • DoD 5000 series acquisition project / program management
  • Ability to create and deliver briefings to senior leader audiences (General/Flag officer, SES)
