Help keep our automated warehouse running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. In this role, you’ll plan and virtually monitor warehouse processes, support product flow, and troubleshoot equipment and system issues. You’ll work closely with Operations and Technical teams to identify solutions, improve performance, and keep things moving while following Lineage safety standards and procedures.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and virtually monitor warehouse processes to help ensure products are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor product flow and system performance to support operational throughput.
  • Monitor system downtime and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Identify and help address system bottlenecks to maximize facility capacity.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and system issues and partner with the appropriate teams to resolve them.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for complex control system and operational issues.
  • Use warehouse control systems, operational data, and technology to identify issues and support solutions.
  • Partner with Operations and Technical teams to develop and support best practices for automated warehouse operations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and partners to keep issues moving toward resolution.
  • Follow all Lineage safety standards, policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • At least 1 year of experience in an automated warehouse or similar environment.
  • Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with automated systems, warehouse technology, and operational data.
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and help resolve equipment and process issues.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity, prioritize competing responsibilities, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across Operations and Technical teams.
  • Comfortable being hands-on and active on the warehouse floor.
