- The Role:This role is for a France-based customer success manager supporting AutoStore solutions for French customers in intralogistics.
- The Person:The person will manage after-sales projects, support the transition from Sales to Implementation to Service, maintain customer relationships, handle change requests, prepare quotes and contracts, and coordinate technical escalations.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate is a native or near-native French speaker with fluent English, commercial experience, experience in intralogistics or automation, and hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
About the role
Kardex AutoStore develops the world’s fastest Automatic Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), enabling customers to increase storage capacity by up to four times. Our technology strengthens Kardex’s intralogistics portfolio and supports smarter, faster, and more efficient order fulfillment operations.
We are expanding our presence in France and are looking for a Customer Success Manager who combines technical understanding, commercial acumen, and strong relationship building skills. You will be the key contact for our French customers, ensuring high satisfaction, smooth operations, and long term partnership success.
Your Mission
As our France based Customer Success Manager, you will take ownership of the after sales lifecycle for AutoStore solutions — ensuring customers feel supported, informed, and confident in our technology.
You will work closely with technical and commercial colleagues across Europe, so team fit and collaboration are essential.
Your tasks
- Manage AutoStore after‑sales projects from handover to ongoing service
- Ensure a smooth transition from Sales → Implementation → Service
- Maintain regular contact with customers, including on‑site visits
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with expert-level stakeholders
- Drive high customer satisfaction through proactive and efficient problem‑solving
- Identify, propose, negotiate, and implement improvements (Change Requests)
- Prepare quotes, contracts, and customer presentations
- Promote service offerings and identify additional value‑adding opportunities
- Support basic troubleshooting and coordinate technical escalations
- Maintain and extend long-term service contracts
- Travel approximately 30%, mainly within France, with occasional international travel as needed.
Your profile
Must‑Have Qualifications

Native/near‑native French and fluent English

Located in France

Experience in intralogistics, automation, manufacturing, automotive, or other process‑heavy B2B industries

Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate confidently with expert customers

Commercial experience (e.g., account management, key account, sales, service management, or customer success)

Strong team player — someone who collaborates naturally and fits well into a close, supportive team
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

Experience with AutoStore or other ASRS technologies

Additional languages (German, Spanish, Italian)

Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

Background in engineering, business administration, or equivalent practical experience
