About the role
As an Implementation Project Manager – Radiology Informatics (CEE), you will lead complex Radiology Informatics software implementation projects across Central and Eastern Europe. You will be responsible for delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while building strong customer relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
Your role:

Leading end-to-end delivery of large, customer-facing Radiology Informatics projects.

Managing project scope, budget, timeline, quality, risks, and resources.

Building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders, including senior leaders.

Leading cross-functional project teams and external partners.

Monitoring project financial performance, forecasting, and KPI achievement.

Ensuring adherence to delivery processes and an excellent customer experience.

Supporting resource planning and contribute to continuous improvement across the regional project management community.
You are part of:
Enterprise Informatics RI S&SD Implementation Central Europe. You will report to the EI RI S&SD Implementation Project Management Leader Central Europe. You will be part of an inspiring team that has the goal to strengthen and drive performance of EI RI SS&D Implementation within Central Europe.
You’re the right fit if:

You have extensive professional experience as a Customer Project Manager, preferably in healthcare IT, Radiology Informatics, PACS/RIS, clinical workflow, or other complex software implementation environments.

You have proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, including scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, resources, risks, change requests, and executive customer communication.

You demonstrate leadership beyond your own projects—for example through mentoring, community leadership, process improvement, KPI management, or developing project-management best practices.

You bring strong written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English; knowledge of German is beneficial

You are willing to travel up to 80%

a recognized project-management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base annual salary range for this role is 148,740 PLN – 246,420 PLN. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for annual incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
