- Requirements:The ideal candidate has 5+ years of overall software engineering experience, 5 successfully delivered AI/LLM projects, and hands-on experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, open-source models, and agent frameworks.
About the role
Scale Tech is a software development agency based in Vilnius, Lithuania. We're expanding our AI capabilities and looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join us on a contract basis. If you love turning LLMs into real, production-ready automation, not just prototypes — this could be your next project.
Contract term (B2B) — 1–4 months, full-time. Part-time can also be arranged if that suits you better.
Working method — Remote, must be based in the EU/EEA
Hourly rate — €30–40/hour, depending on experience (open to discussing higher rates for the right candidate)
