Arabic-Speaking Social Media Advertising Support Specialist.

We're looking for B2B support professionals to join a team supporting advertisers on social media advertising products.

What you'll do:

• Handle end-to-end troubleshooting and customer support for advertising products via email and chat
• Collaborate with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve technical and product queries
• Drive customer satisfaction and ensure service quality throughout the full case journey
• Partner with technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives from day one

What we're looking for:

• Mandatory: experience in paid campaign management
• Degree in Marketing or related field
• Experience in Digital Marketing
• Background in a Contact Centre or Advertising Tech environment
• Fluency with social media platforms and basic understanding of digital advertising
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently and in a team
• Languages needed: Arabic (C1) + English (B2)
